The method of elimination is to saw a 6mm copper tube with a saw, wrap it around the capillary leak, and then weld it with silver. It is also possible to replace capillaries of the same diameter and the same size. Before replacing the welding, there shall be no flammable or explosive materials within 1.5m. There should be an iron plate behind the capillary. When welding, the flame should not be too large, and the neutral flame should be used. The cause of the malfunction: the ejector pin of the air supply pipe is adjusted too long, and the venting pin of the bypass venting valve cannot be rebounded after being pushed in, so that the valve core cannot be reset. The method of elimination is to insert the key of the special air conditioner into the air-filling valve core, and give the valve core a force to make the valve core spring pop out, thereby eliminating the valve core leakage fault.

Operation: Prepare with C31 double tube glue in a 1:1 ratio and apply it at the wiring. Because the refrigeration system is in a vacuum state, the C31 glue penetrates into the leak point. After the leak point is glued, it needs to be baked at the glue for 30 minutes with the 100W bulb, so that the glue can penetrate into the leak point more easily. Note that the bulb should not be too close to the C31 glue. It is better to use C31 glue 20cm. Otherwise, the glue will be baked and flow to the compressor, which will reduce the plugging effect. After the compressor terminal is glued for 2 hours, it can be pressed and leak tested. Finally, evacuate and add a fluorine test machine to restore refrigeration.
